2. Medical Services

Medical services are provided in person at our clinic by licensed clinical staff. Any service purchased online is subject to a brief clinical screening at your visit; if our clinical team determines a service is not appropriate for you, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid for that service. Appointment scheduling, cancellations, and refunds for services are governed by our Refund Policy.

3. Online Purchases

When you place an order through the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the payment information you provide is accurate and authorized. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are due in full at the time of purchase — the price shown is the complete price for the product or service. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price; if your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund. Payment is collected at checkout by our secure third-party payment processors; we do not store your full card number on our systems.

4. Returns and Refunds

Returns of physical products are governed by our Return Policy. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for services are governed by our Refund Policy.
