Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Aloe Urgent Care PLLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information gathered through www.aloehealthcare.care (the “Site”).
A note about medical information: this policy covers Site data only. Protected health information collected in the course of medical care is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices under HIPAA, which is provided to patients and available from our clinic on request. Please do not submit medical information through this Site — medical questions should be discussed by phone or in person.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, and billing or shipping address when you place an order, purchase a service, buy a gift card, or contact us through the Site.
- Payment information: card payments are processed by our secure third-party payment processors. We never see or store your full card number on our systems.
- Automatically collected information: our website platform collects standard analytics data such as pages visited, browser type, device type, approximate location, and referring pages, using cookies and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Information
- To process and fulfill orders, including contacting you to schedule purchased services;
- To respond to inquiries submitted through the Site;
- To send service-related communications such as order confirmations and appointment scheduling;
- To send marketing communications only if you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time;
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — our website platform, payment processors, and appointment-scheduling system — and only as needed to provide their services, or where disclosure is required by law.
4. Cookies and Analytics
The Site uses cookies for core functionality (such as your shopping cart) and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect Site functionality such as checkout. The Site also embeds third-party features (such as maps), which may set their own cookies subject to those providers’ policies.
5. Data Retention and Security
We retain order and contact records as long as needed for business, legal, and accounting purposes. The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to customer information is limited to staff who need it.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you through the Site by emailing info@aloeurgentcare.com. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional privacy rights; we will honor verified requests as required by applicable law. Note that requests to delete Site data do not apply to medical records, which are retained as required by law and governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children, and purchases require you to be at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
